Responsibilities
Builds and manages a regional pipeline aligned to revenue targets
Executes targeted outbound and partner-led outreach (e.g., PCAs, HCCNs, referrals)
Leads discovery, deal strategy, and negotiations through close
Partners with implementation to ensure clean handoffs and realistic commitments
Feeds market insights back into messaging and account prioritization
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of healthcare product / services sales experience
Experience selling to FQHCs, RHCs, health systems, Medicaid organizations, or public-sector buyers
Proven closer in long, complex sales cycles
Experience operating within a structured sales process
Ability to travel within the assigned region for on-site meetings, relationship-building, and industry events, as needed
Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents
Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence
Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings
Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity
Preferred
Experience selling to FQHCs
Regional market knowledge and relationships preferred (e.g., west coast)
