Attend and participate in market-level Epic Willow pharmacy governance meetings
Serve as the primary liaison with market operator ops pharmacy leaders
Prioritize and manage incoming requests in ServiceNow
Perform run-the-business tasks, including attending committees on clinical practice and managing Epic EHR for medications
Work extensively with Epic and ServiceNow, ensuring smooth operation and integration
Understand and manage clinical and pharmacy-specific workflows, therapy plans, and order sets
Qualification
Required
Beacon and/or Willow Epic Certification
Pharmacist License
5+ years of experience with Epic EHR
Proficiency in ServiceNow, including tasks, incidents, demands, and projects
Strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy-specific workflows
Familiarity with Google Workspace
