Responsible for preparing loan packages according to state and/or federal regulations and ensure loans close in accordance with Underwriter's approval and Nextres policies and procedures
Work as a liaison between Nextres and Closing Agent
Generates and confirms Closing Packages
Ensures closing packages and documents meet compliance guidelines
Balance, approve, and issue final HUDs or Closing Disclosures
Meet and maintain closing timelines and schedules
Qualification
Required
Minimum two (2) years mortgage Closing, or Post- Closing experience is required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
1-2 years loan funding experience preferred
