Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of strategic objectives for the Project & Development Services team
Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to key clients
Provide executive oversight of complex capital projects including tenant improvements, build-to-suit developments, and capital programs
Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Ensure consistent application of Cushman & Wakefield delivery standards and risk management practices
Lead, mentor, and develop senior project management teams and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
15+ years of progressive experience in project management, development, or construction leadership
Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex client portfolios
Strong financial acumen including contract negotiation and P&L responsibility
Preferred
Master's degree
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE
