Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of paint and drywall activities across assigned areas
Oversee project scheduling, labor coordination, and material availability to ensure timely completion
Communicate field updates, observations, and progress reports to both field crews and management
Maintain professional relationships with construction managers, builders, and Stancil team members to facilitate collaboration and resolve on-site challenges
Ensure that labor teams adhere to schedules, timelines, and company standards for quality and safety
Coordinate delivery, storage, and utilization of materials and supplies at the job level
Identify potential scheduling or resource conflicts and implement proactive solutions
Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency with project specifications and builder expectations
Maintain accurate documentation of field activity, job completion status, and project materials
Serve as the on-site representative for Stancil Services, modeling professionalism, accountability, and excellence in every interaction
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, or foreign equivalent)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license for 3+ years and insurable under company policy
Preferred
Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required
Experience in field operations, construction management, or related trade preferred
