Digital Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant
Solomon Page is a staffing and executive search solutions provider, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support senior leadership and contribute to YouTube-first content initiatives. This role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support, and assisting with creative and operational workflows related to YouTube.
Responsibilities
Support VP with calendar management, scheduling, communications, and day-to-day administrative needs
Provide limited, as-needed administrative support to Director
Coordinate with executive assistants across the DCOE Senior Leadership team
Assist with office needs including supplies, building access, and meeting coordination
Manage cross-functional communications, shareouts, and alignment
Develop and manage internal and cross-functional presentations
Organize workflows and support YouTube Creative, Distribution, and Operations initiatives
Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings
Collect, organize, and maintain department and operational documentation, including: Internal databases, Weekly executive reports and highlights, Data pulls, Channel-specific calendars and trackers
Prepare for and participate in team, content, and strategy planning meetings
Track and organize original content information including: Strategy briefs, One-sheet overviews, Meeting recaps and global stakeholder updates, Screening planning and management, Internal planning databases and trackers
Assist creative teams with: Video research and timecode pulling, Ideation and development, Asset QC and video QCing
Support thumbnail creation and management
Assist distribution team with Airtable data entry and channel library optimization
Manage creative approvals in internal systems (e.g., Zendesk)
Assist international digital marketing teams with uploads and asset sharing as needed
Contribute to special departmental projects and corporate initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
1+ years of administrative experience
1+ years of social or digital marketing experience
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word), Google Docs, Box, Keynote/PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
Experience with CRM/tools such as Airtable and Zendesk
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Basic asset editing skills
Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment
Collaborative team player with a professional and cordial working style
AA or BA in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Basic understanding of YouTube channel operations and backend
