Responsibilities

Collect, structure, and maintain datasets from multiple supply chain sources, including ERP systems, planning tools, and supplier reports
Analyze and transform data using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) and/or Python to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that track supplier quality performance and key metrics
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing failures, improving PPAP effectiveness, and increasing internal customer satisfaction
Document processes, findings, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and consistency across the team

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
Working knowledge of GD&T and foundational quality assurance tools
Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively to diverse stakeholders
A curious, detail-oriented mindset with a strong interest in learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
