Responsibilities
Using your genuine and authentic personality you will be responsible for the guest experience upon arrival and departure of all of our internal and external guest
Assist guest with luggage during arrival and departure, ensures luggage is delivered to the correct room
Is aware and present and responsible for coordinating door access for guest entering and leaving the resort lobby
Is a committed team player that maintains quality, proper flow and cleanliness of front drive
Makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels
Ensure that assigned vehicles are kept clean and maintained at the beginning of shift
Assists guests by providing transportation to and from local destination within a defined area
Qualification
Required
United States driver's license required with clean driving record
An individual with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles required
Able stand during an entire work shift required
The ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200lbs as well as the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100lbs required
Successful candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
Preferred
1-2 years' previous bell attendant/Valet, in a luxury hotel setting preferred
