The role involves working with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful product improvements, owning backlog prioritization, and iterating based on data and feedback.

Responsibilities
Partner with external stakeholders and internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
Act as the voice of partners internally, translating needs into clear product requirements and priorities
Own backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders
Launch features, run pilots, and iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver solutions efficiently
Track and report on product goals and success metrics tied to workflow efficiency and partner satisfaction
Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and progress to leadership and collaborators
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS or technology environment
Proven experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and trade-offs in Agile teams
Strong partner-facing or stakeholder-facing experience, including gathering feedback and translating it into product decisions
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide product improvements
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Austin 3 days per week
Preferred
Experience working on workflow automation or operational efficiency tools
Exposure to AI or automation technologies
Experience working with external partners or enterprise customers
Background in B2B SaaS environments
