Assistant Program Director
Provo Canyon School is dedicated to changing the lives of adolescents by providing compassionate, skills-based care tailored to each student's needs. The Assistant Program Director will oversee program quality, ensure staff training compliance, and assist in recruitment while maintaining regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Meeting with Program Managers weekly to review quality programming
Ensuring training compliance for all staff on unit
Completing audits and rounding regularly to meet regulatory standards
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring student life staff
Monitoring proper completion of patient safety rounds
Adhering to school and professional expectations and guidelines
Demonstrate communication and ability to remain calm under pressure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Two years' basic management or supervisory experience
Two - five years' experience in behavioral health/residential treatment supervision and training
Skills in interpreting and applying standards and regulations applicable to programs and services (e.g. The Joint Commission, CMS, DHS Office of Licensing)
Ability to commute to Provo, UT 84604

Master's degree
