Easterseals NH is seeking a Senior Director of Creative to set the creative vision and drive brand impact across all channels. This dynamic leadership role oversees the creative team to produce compelling, brand-aligned content across digital, print, and video platforms.

Responsibilities

Direct and inspire the creative team to produce compelling, brand-aligned content across all platforms and media, including digital, print, and video
Responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive brand plan and strategy, including visual identity, messaging, and positioning. Ensures consistency across all communications, both internal and external
Working with creative team is hands-on in actively developing Marcom materials to support all efforts
Responsible for being the organizational Brand Project MarCom Manager. This entails driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets
Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to increase overall brand awareness of Easterseals NH & VT, its programs, and leadership through targeted Marcom campaigns, earned media, internal and external signage, email marketing, events, scripts/talking points, web content, videos, swag materials, and other collateral
Evaluates performance of brand campaigns to ensure effectiveness and makes changes to optimize
Provides thought leadership to CCMO and assists in crisis communications when requested
Oversees, manages, and utilizes (when necessary) internal commercial grade printer and vendor relations
Develops workflows and standard operating procedures to help with departmental efficiencies and optimization
Helps develop annual budget ($2.6M), tracks all expenditures, and ensures that financial targets are met

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Identity, Graphic Design, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
Seven (7)+ Years of progressive experience with a demonstration of results in creative direction, brand strategy, and/or visual communications
Three to five (3–5) years supervisory experience, including providing mentorship and coaching, and performance assessment
At least three (3) years' experience with Smartsheet or other type of online project management software, certification preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies, visual identities, storytelling, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, signage, and video platforms
Hands on experience with creative production, including web design, print, video, social media, email marketing, and event collateral
Well-versed in leveraging multiple marketing channels to effectively craft and deliver brand strategies. Experienced in targeting audiences and developing campaigns across email (including segmentation, drip campaigns, and targeted list usage), social media, earned media, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, high impact design, and multimedia work
Inspiring team leader with experience leading designers, writers, web managers, and outside vendors
Ability to provide strategic and creative direction while empowering team creativity
Skilled in brand project management, including creating and meeting timelines, workflows, and resource allocation
Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to establish success metrics and track outcomes
Creative problem solver with strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and offer thought leadership to CCMO and other senior leaders
Experience in developing standard operating procedures
Skilled in developing and managing budgets to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial accountability
Strong vendor and budget management skills, including overseeing internal print production and external partners
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sprout Social, Marketing CRM (Active Campaign or other) Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel in a multi-state region
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
