Own the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
Be the first point of contact for the office: welcoming visitors, coordinating deliveries, managing suppliers, and handling facilities issues
Set up and manage office systems and processes from scratch, leaving things better than you found them
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors, making sure the office is well-stocked and well-maintained
Partner with the People team to help bring Cleo’s culture to life locally, while staying aligned with our global ways of working
Organise and run in-office events, socials, and moments that matter, from team lunches to celebrations and offsites
Support company-wide moments like onboarding days, team visits, and leadership sessions hosted in the SF office
Track office budgets and expenses, ensuring costs are managed thoughtfully and transparently
Jump in to support ad-hoc People or Operations projects as needed - this is a role where things will evolve, and you’ll have real scope to shape it

Required

4–6+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Workplace, or Office Operations role, ideally in a fast-growing tech company
You're highly organised, calm under pressure, and great at juggling lots of moving parts without dropping the ball
You enjoy working autonomously and taking ownership, especially in environments where not everything is fully defined yet
You have strong operational instincts, but also bring warmth, energy, and personality - you're a natural culture carrier
You're confident working with people across all levels of the business and happy being the first point of contact for the office
You spot problems before they become problems, and you're proactive about improving how things work
You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in, even when something sits slightly outside your 'job description'
You're trustworthy, reliable, and consistent - people know they can depend on you
You're excited to be a full-time, in-office presence in our San Francisco office
