Responsibilities
Prepare and post daily journal entries to record cash activity
Reconcile positive pay information between bank and company records
Process and reconcile cash receipts
Maintain check stock
Escheat uncashed checks
Execute monthly accounting close procedures
Support inquiries from Treasury and other business areas
Assist with other tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related professional experience
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Preferred
General ledger accounting experience is a plus
