Field Sales & Service Technician, Coffee Systems

Responsibilities

Own the route experience: deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related products at each assigned stop
Champion quality: keep equipment clean and operational; complete a minimum of one CQC (Cup Quality Check) every day
Delight customers: ensure every scheduled customer receives delivery and service as required; escalate issues to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) quickly to resolve concerns
Run the numbers: manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily while on route
Drive growth: raise Revenue per Stop by fixing distribution voids on core SKUs, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, implementing pricing actions, and maintaining beverage stations to standard
Spot and share: notify the ASM of inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities found during route relief
Pitch in: assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer-related assignments
Be tool-ready: learn brewing equipment and perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments
Sell the right way: consistently use the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make sales calls when time and opportunity allow
Adapt as needed: support warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service
