Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs: define scope, track schedule, manage budget, ensure quality, and oversee launch readiness
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to resolve trade-offs and align priorities
Identify and mitigate risks early; escalate unresolved issues to maintain program momentum
Coordinate cross-functional teams, matrixed partners, and external vendors to deliver systems and enhancements
Establish program governance: schedules, progress tracking, status reporting, and metrics
Manage post-launch feedback, track bug resolution, and ensure enhancements are implemented successfully
Coach teams on execution best practices, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in project estimation, scheduling, and tracking
Customer and stakeholder management
Implementation planning within large organizations
Proven people management and team-building capabilities
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple competing priorities
Strong business acumen with the ability to learn complex business processes rapidly
Excellent risk assessment skills and application of management principles to technology products and business functions
Hands-on experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
PMP or PMI certification
Preferred
MBA or other related advanced degree
Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology and business functions
Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform technology solutions
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices
