Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a remote team of licensed Personal Lines insurance agents
Drive individual and team sales performance to exceed revenue and cross‑sell goals
Analyze sales metrics, trends, and KPIs; implement strategies to improve performance
Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and company policies
Manage schedules, timekeeping, staffing coverage, and productivity
Interview, hire, and onboard top insurance sales talent
Deliver ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning
Escalate and resolve complex customer concerns while ensuring Five Diamond service
Stay current on insurance products, underwriting updates, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
3+ years of successful people leadership in a sales‑driven environment
8+ years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience, including cross‑selling success
Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
Life Insurance License or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop a remote sales team
Strategic mindset with strong accountability, ownership, and decision‑making skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
