The Director of Development will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to strengthen the university’s fundraising efforts and managing relationships with donors.

Qualification
Required
Experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving strategies
Proven expertise in Philanthropy and Fundraising initiatives
Strong skills in Budgeting and financial planning for resource allocation
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with donors and stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
advanced degree or CFRE certification
Familiarity with higher education fundraising
