Responsibilities
Carefully execute test cases as identified in the test plans, accurately reporting and logging any defects encountered
Develop and maintain comprehensive test artifacts, including test plans, procedures, reports, and both manual and automated scripts
Create and manage detailed test schedules, monitoring progress and providing regular reports on test execution
Ensure requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle
Oversee defect management using Jira, coordinating resolution from identification to closure
Administer configuration management for test environments and laboratory equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in software testing; new graduates with strong interest in software testing should apply
Ability to work on-site in New Freedom, PA
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
Preferred
Preferred experience in embedded software testing
Familiarity with HP ALM
