NSF is seeking a Project Manager to join our highly experienced Assurance team. This role involves leading the planning, coordination, and execution of ISO Management Systems certification projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of accountability for project performance while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ISO Management Systems certification project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trust
Communicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure seamless client experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery
Share client insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements

Required

1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

In Assurance or with ISO Management Systems Certification
