Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies and estate planning considerations for high-net-worth individuals and families
Handle estate and trust administration matters, including post-death planning and fiduciary guidance
Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals across the firm on complex estate matters
Maintain direct client relationships and provide thoughtful, high-quality legal counsel
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, estate/trust administration, or a closely related practice area
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (or ability to become licensed)
Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-centric approach
Preferred
Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus, but not required
