They are seeking a Research and Development Intern to develop and test products as required by Marketing, Sales, and customers, ensuring product performance and specifications are met.

Responsibilities
Develop new product formulations
Develop and implement formulation improvements for existing products
Conduct testing of product formulations to ensure product performance and establish product specifications
Assist other departments within the organization with technical support
Maintain product data in electronic databases and document files
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program pursuing an associate's degree or higher in a science related field
Ability to work 20 hours per week during the summer
Admitted college students (must have graduated HS with at least 1 lab course) at an accredited university with a major in science
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Organized and able to work independently
