Drive new commercial opportunities across sports data, technology, media, and adjacent industries
Identify new prospects and understand their business challenges
Match Genius Sports’ products and services to deliver real value
Work independently and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver winning solutions
Immerse yourself in the technology, media, and sports ecosystem and stay on top of market developments
Represent Genius Sports at conferences, meetings, and industry events nationwide
Qualification
Required
Proven success in B2B consultative sales, with a strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding challenging revenue targets
Experience closing six-figure (or higher) deals in a related industry such as sports, technology, software, data, or media
Demonstrated success selling bespoke solutions or complex products, rather than off-the-shelf offerings
A driven, high-energy, and results-oriented mindset. You're competitive, resilient, and motivated by winning
Strong commercial creativity and deal-making skills, with the ability to structure and close complex partnerships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence engaging with and presenting to C-suite executives
Solid numerical, analytical, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
A collaborative team player who enjoys working with like-minded, sports-obsessed colleagues
A genuine interest in sports and a desire to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company
Willingness and ability to travel nationwide, attend conferences and events, and meet customers face-to-face to close deals
