Human Resources Representative
Upstate Medical University is seeking a Human Resources Representative to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to their Compensation and Onboarding Services divisions. Responsibilities
Process full-time equivalent (FTE) and other compensation-related transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain employee status reports, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolution in collaboration with other HR staff
Review personnel action forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
Maintain electronic personnel files using secure e-filing systems
Support adjunct faculty appointment processing, including data entry, credential verification, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure timely appointments and payments
Perform general Human Resources support functions as needed to support departmental operations and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, interpersonal and computer skills necessary
Preferred
Experience in a Human Resources setting preferred
