Responsibilities
Represent attorneys, judges, and other professionals in liability, malpractice, and disciplinary matters
Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality motions, briefs, and analyses
Prepare witnesses, communicate with clients and insurers, and participate in strategic case development
Support senior attorneys on complex matters while developing an independent caseload over time
Qualification
Required
2+ years of litigation experience
Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar
Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
Preferred
