Responsibilities

Oversee, manage, and implement strategic solutions in the core application landscape supporting Facilities Management including:
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Asset Management Tools
Capital Planning Tools
Building Management Systems
Facilities Management Project Tools
Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) Tools
Utility Bill Management & Tracking
Move/Add/Change (MAC) Management
As-built & drawing management solutions
As-built & drawing management solutions
Develop and deliver executive-level communications
Present complex ideas and findings to senior executives effectively
Conduct trade studies and engage with external firms for guidance and market research
Drive vendor management and contract negotiations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with established standards
Lead the requirements lifecycle process, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs to deliver high-quality technology solutions
Implement and enforce data governance practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Facilities Management data
Develop strategies to enhance data quality and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics solutions
Manage a team of professionals responsible for supporting the Facilities Management technology landscape, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering exceptional service
Drive strategic planning for application and data landscapes to support the evolving needs of the Facilities Management organization
Support RFPs for vendor and solution selection, ensuring optimal results for technology and service needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and innovation within the Facilities Management technology ecosystem
Travel as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred and 12+ years of experience
Proven experience in managing and implementing technology solutions for Facilities Management or Real Estate organizations
Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, and RFP processes
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting/analytics best practices
Experience with Facilities Management tools and systems such as CMMS, Asset Management Tools, Building Management Systems, and Capital Planning Tools

Preferred

Expertise in multiple Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Experience with Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) and capital planning systems
Experience with utility bill management and tracking systems
Familiarity with as-built and drawing management solutions
Understanding of Move/Add/Change (MAC) management processes
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
