Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services using C# and .NET (.NET Core)
Build and support RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures used across DHS/USSS systems
Implement data access layers and business logic using SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Ensure applications comply with federal security standards (e.g., secure coding, auditing, logging)
Collaborate with cleared engineers, cybersecurity teams, and government stakeholders
Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and operational support in classified environments
Develop and maintain technical documentation required for government systems

Qualification

Required

Active Top Secret/ SCI clearance at time of hire
5+ years of experience developing backend applications with C# and .NET
Experience building secure APIs and enterprise backend systems
Familiarity with working in classified or regulated federal environments
Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC

Preferred

Experience supporting DoD or Law Enforcement programs
Cloud experience in AWS GovCloud or Azure Government
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and containerized deployments
Experience with high-availability or mission-critical systems
