Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the implementation team, providing high-level architectural guidance and technical governance
Conduct rigorous reviews of technical designs, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce standards
Act as the primary liaison between the implementation team and the customer, advising on roadmap strategy and development best practices
Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality code delivery and efficient system integration
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is good to have
Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation
Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect capacity
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
