Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to epic and feature discovery sessions, identifying technical requirements and gaps within the Infor EAM ecosystem
Operate within 3-month planning cycles and 2-week sprints, driving the delivery of software application features
Create detailed Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and maintain complex Field-Level Mapping (FLM) spreadsheets
Utilize a foundational understanding of programming and strong knowledge of API standards, data formats (JSON/XML), and testing tools to ensure system connectivity
Act as the primary technical liaison between Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Business Operations
Produce high-quality technical documentation and business process manuals for cross-functional use
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Technical Business Analysis/Application Delivery
Hands-on technical experience with Infor EAM
Proven experience in large-scale Agile environments
Proficiency in SQL, API documentation, and data modeling
Preferred
Prior experience within the Health Insurance domain
