Responsibilities
Document and analyze workflows to support process improvements
Create process maps and visual diagrams
Manage and maintain project and process documentation
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes
Track action items and follow up with stakeholders
Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Provide general administrative support to the engineering team
Qualification
Required
College degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
Experience with process mapping and creating visual diagrams
Ability to set up meetings and manage action item follow-ups
Experience coordinating events and travel
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools
Preferred
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
Internship or entry-level experience in manufacturing or operations
