Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution for new enterprise logo acquisition and pipeline growth
Lead discovery, solution design, and pursuit of consulting SOWs and outcome-based programs
Architect ROI-driven proposals, SOWs, pricing models, and success metrics
Serve as technical and commercial lead from discovery through contract close
Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams (Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, Product)
Shape scalable delivery models leveraging onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
Negotiate scope, commercial terms, SLAs, and acceptance criteria
Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics in HubSpot; report outcomes
Monitor market trends and represent MCG in client and industry forums
Qualification
Required
5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consulting capture roles (2+ years leading pursuits)
Proven success winning new enterprise logos and closing complex IT consulting SOWs
Strong experience writing SOWs and designing outcome-based engagement models
Broad technical fluency across software, data & AI, cloud, infrastructure, and security
Executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable leading distributed teams in a remote environment
HubSpot proficiency
