Responsibilities
Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product
Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
Monitors product profitability measures, including budget
Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed
Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities
Own the merchant web roadmap - Define strategy and prioritize initiatives that drive discovery and conversion on PayPal.com
Optimize the end-to-end merchant experience - Use data and user research to continuously improve landing pages, product pages, and customer journey flows
Drive content and SEO strategy - Partner with content and SEO teams to create compelling, optimized content that increases organic traffic and resonates with diverse merchant segments
Leverage analytics to drive growth - Partner with analytics teams to identify opportunities to improve growth KPIs, inform product decisions, and measure impact
Lead cross-functional execution - Run agile sprints with engineering, design, content, and platform teams; communicate progress and align stakeholders across marketing, product, and business teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
