Managed Services IT Technician II
Golden West is seeking a full-time Managed Services Technician II to join their Managed Services Team. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing proactive support, and ensuring clients' IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
Provide remote support to clients across various industries
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software
Proactively monitor and manage client networks
Document solutions and maintain clear communication with clients
Mentor, coach & 'raid-lead' Level 1 technicians
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field and a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; or a minimum of four years of related experience
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning information technology
Preferred
Experience with managed services environments
Certifications in Network+, Microsoft Associate or equivalent
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
