Responsibilities
Collaborate with other fullstack developers to design, develop, and maintain AdTech applications
Create and maintain internal tooling for Marketing, Digital, and AdTech teams
Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery
Extend and maintain an advanced CMS system
Integrate with advertising and marketing content providers
Support and fix bugs in existing AdTech systems
Participate in rapid prototyping and MVP development
Qualification
Required
Experience with AI – both for coding assistance and integrating AI into applications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer
Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ability to explore new areas independently
Ability to switch quickly between smaller projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Openness to learning new technologies beyond the main stack
Experience with microservices architecture is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team
Communicative English (writing and verbal)
Preferred
Experience with AI-powered solutions in production
Familiarity with rapid prototyping and MVP development
