Responsibilities
Ensure scheduling accuracy
Monitor job postings
Coordinate interviews with candidates
Maintain accurate employee files
Participates actively in Human Resources projects and goals
Assist with annual trainings for team members
Participate in the full cycle of recruitment & hiring
Assists volunteers, team members and temporary workers in finding their locations on event days
Ensure team members are compliant with all policies
Ensures meal break compliance during sporting events
Assist with check in process for sporting events
Organize necessary materials prior to events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Human resources or staffing experience is preferred
High level of computer literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members by speaking and comprehending English
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment
