Junior Account Executive

The Junior Account Executive will drive new business growth through inbound and outbound efforts in the cannabis sector, build territory plans, meet sales targets, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage your pipeline of new business clients coming from inbound and outbound lead sources
Work with customers to close deals, meeting their business needs and goals
Design and implement strategic plans to increase product market visibility and reach sales targets
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as product development and support
Base work on the individual sales goals as well as contribute to your team’s overall target
Ability to source 75% of the pipeline
Domestic travel up to 25% of the time

Qualification

Required

Basic understanding of cannabis operations and regulations
Good understanding of cannabis products and market dynamics
2+ years experience in sales and meeting or exceeding targets
Experience in SaaS sales is beneficial
Experience cold-calling and closing deals
