Responsibilities

Provide legal, technical, and administrative support to Markets Legal attorneys
Support contract drafting, review, negotiation tracking, execution, and storage
Assist with Repo and Rates documentation (e.g., MRAs, GMRAs) and regulatory reviews
Manage contract lifecycle activities including redlines, approvals, and version control
Partner closely with business, operations, risk, and compliance teams
Maintain standard templates, summarize agreements, and track negotiation status
Support legal projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives

Required

5–7 years of paralegal experience within financial services, securities financing, or derivatives
Strong understanding of contracting best practices and legal documentation processes

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
US Paralegal Certification required
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
