Communicate clearly, professionally, and positively with customers
Handle inbound and outbound customer sales via phone and online channels
Educate customers on services, pricing, and available promotions
Work in a goal-oriented environment to meet individual and team targets
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns via phone and email
Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information
Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and retention
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management when needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Update and manage customer databases
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills, including Google Mail and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
Experience working in a goal-oriented or sales-focused environment
Outgoing, friendly, and personable with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Customer service and consumer sales orientation
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
Preferred
Phone sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred
