Responsibilities
Effectively leading the daily operations of the branch and providing a positive leadership example
Coaching and developing employees to support WSECU’s Brand Promise
Providing training to enhance product, sales and service skills
Conducting and observing coaching sessions and monthly routines
Ensuring branch is staffed at an efficient level to provide superior member service
Promoting teamwork by fostering positive communication, integrity, leadership, respect, recognition and accountability to enhance team unity
Attending and participating in regional meetings and providing staff coordination to support fellow branch needs
Organizing branch staff meetings
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent, or greater
Minimum two (2) years of college or substitute leadership/supervisory experience, year for year
Minimum of one (1) year of leadership/supervisory experience
Two (2) years of experience in a retail or service-related position
Ability to find creative solutions to motivate employees for success
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with existing team members
Ability to analyze information and form recommendations
Sales and customer service training
Team-building skills
Preferred
Financial institution experience
Branch operations experience
