Responsibilities

Gather and analyze workforce and business operations metrics to support leadership reporting and decision making
Assist with day-to-day operations efforts including employee data management, policy updates, and maintaining reports on workforce metrics
Contribute cross-functionally to focus on process standardization, organizational planning, and project workflows across business operations
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employees and company records in compliance with standards
Support in planning and executing engagement initiatives, training sessions, and systems workflow alignment
