Walmart Canada is seeking a Senior Manager for their Fashion Operations team to enhance the shopping experience in their stores. The role involves collaborating with Merchandising teams and optimizing operational efficiencies to support the overall mission of the Fashion Operations team.

Responsibilities

Optimize seasonal transitions and various operational efficiencies
Improve availability for all the ways our customer's shop
Utilize AI/Data for efficiency and to underpin data driven decisions and problem solving
Reduce modular friction
Support and champion the stores through partnership with Merchandising, the Customer Care team, store Communication, and various Home Office departments

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
1 year's supervisory experience
Store level knowledge of processes especially for Fashion in Walmart Stores
Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
Analytical skills for evaluating processes and an aptitude for learning new systems and turning data into information
Ability to build strong relationships and develop a network of SMEs that enable collaboration

Preferred

Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects
Masters, Masters: Operations Management
Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
