They are seeking a Texas Market President to lead and grow a team while driving the success of the bank through loan origination and market expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned market

Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff members

Foster strong relationships with key clients and referral partners

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Originate retail and commercial loans, meeting or exceeding sales targets

Provide guidance and support to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loan transactions

Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing

Conduct market analysis and identify areas for business expansion

Represent the bank in various community and industry events
