The role involves providing leadership and oversight to AP and AR staff, managing workflow, and owning key aspects of transactional accounting and general ledger work.

Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day supervision and support to AP and AR staff
Assist in managing workflow, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
Serve as a knowledgeable resource to junior team members
Own key aspects of transactional accounting and general ledger work
Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed
Help streamline processes as the department continues to grow
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of AP/AR and general ledger processes
Ability to work fully on‑site and thrive in a fast‑moving environment
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred
Experience with niche systems is a plus (training provided)
