Responsibilities
Best-in-class marketing and digital presence for assigned portfolio through brand strategy and execution; experiential storytelling, content, and visual assets; and revenue generating technologies and merchandising
Manage and optimize the portfolio's email marketing strategy
Ensure development and pull-through of hotels' brand strategy across all consumer touch points
Oversight of paid media and advertising vehicles to maximize revenue delivery for portfolio of hotels
Champion, develop, and execute successful public relations, social media and influencer marketing strategies in partnership with internal and external resources
Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Commercial Strategy partners, and above-property leadership to deliver on-strategy marketing programs
Manage internal resources and external partners/agencies and hold them accountable to delivering best-in-class service and performance
Influence the development and execution of portfolio-wide strategies
Qualification
Required
4-year degree required
Bi-lingual; Fluent in English & Spanish
5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital strategy, branding, public relations, etc
Marketing and/or Digital/eCommerce experience with branded and independent/soft branded hotels
Proficiency managing paid media campaigns and strategies
Preferred
Koddi paid media buying platform
OTA media buying platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator) experience
Google Analytics and/or Google Ads (formerly AdWords) experience
