Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients courteously and professionally
Answer, screen, and route phone calls on a multi-line system
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Perform data entry and general office recordkeeping accurately
Monitor and organize office supplies and assist with reordering as needed
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference calls
Take accurate messages and distribute information promptly
Support communication between office staff, field teams, and vendors
Create and edit simple documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel
Scan, file, and maintain digital documents
Provide support to both office and field personnel as needed
Assist with travel coordination, purchase orders, or vendor communications
Help ensure the office runs efficiently day to day
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Experience in the construction or electrical contracting industry is a plus but not required
