Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Los Angeles Job Corps Center where staff provide quality services to local youth. The Clerk, Records will be responsible for clerical tasks related to student records administration in accordance with government and management directives.
Human Resources
Responsibilities
Audit student records documents to ensure they meet data integrity requirements
Prepare and review intake packets
Proofread records or forms including arrival and release files; copy needed information from one record to another as required
Coordinate student transportation arrangements, ensure accountability and return, as appropriate of all transportation documents, and conduct activities to retrieve transportation documents, audit logs, and reports
Perform input and output operations and make adjustments necessary to ensure schedules are met
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up 20 lbs
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
Preferred
One (1) year of clerical, administrative or related experience, including computer data entry experience is preferred
