Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries
Maintain the general ledger and perform ongoing reconciliations
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Perform bank, balance sheet, and credit card reconciliations
Handle invoicing, including manual billing processes
Support multi-entity and intercompany accounting activities
Assist with process improvements and special accounting projects as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience OR a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate professionally with high-profile clients
Solid business acumen and understanding of accounting operations
Experience with multi-entity and intercompany accounting
Preferred
5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Experience participating in an ERP or accounting systems implementation
Interest in long-term growth and professional development
