Create & manage implementation project plans
Schedule and prepare for client meetings
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions
Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients
Document risks & escalate concerns to leadership, when needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Claims, & more
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
A quick learner who's eager to grow and take on new challenges
Comfortable working with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, or project management platforms (training provided)
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations
