Responsibilities
Conduct competent person inspections of XSERIES fall protection equipment at customer sites to ensure compliance with OSHA and ANSI regulations
Provide detailed documentation of inspection results, including functionality, safety, and compliance reports
Deliver manufacturer-direct training programs tailored to customer needs in industrial and construction settings
Customize and adapt training content to meet the specific requirements of each customer’s workforce and environment
Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment usage, safety, and compliance via phone and email
Offer technical guidance and support for Malta Dynamics products and solutions
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for inspections, training sessions, and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve satisfaction
Drive revenue through reaching out to existing customers selling them the benefits of scheduling annual equipment inspections
Reach out to customers who need onsite training for their recent purchases
Build and maintain relationships with a network of inspectors and trainers across the country
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of OSHA and ANSI safety standards related to fall protection equipment
Proficiency in conducting inspections and documenting detailed reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
Confidence in delivering hands-on training to individuals and groups in industrial and construction environments
Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Safety Engineering, or a related field
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer site visits and training sessions
Technical aptitude to understand and communicate the functionality of fall protection systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
1-3 years of training or inspection experience preferred, but not required
Relevant technical training or certifications in OSHA and ANSI standards (preferred)
