Marketing Coordinator
HouseMax Funding is a rapidly expanding private lender specializing in real estate investment financing. They are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Coordinator to support brand, content, collateral, and campaign execution.
Real Estate
Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish organic social media content across all platforms
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints
Coordinate content needed for paid media, including ads, graphics, and short‑form copy
Track and report on organic content performance, engagement trends, and optimizations
Write, format, and prepare email content for outbound marketing campaigns
Ensure emails are structured so contact lists can be easily attached and deployed
Align all copy and messaging with brand tone, campaign goals, and compliance expectations
Order, organize, and manage printed marketing materials such as flyers, rack cards, signage, and branded swag
Support conference and event planning, including:
Registration
Preparing event materials
On‑site collateral coordination
Ensure all physical and digital materials remain up‑to‑date and consistently on‑brand
Collaborate on Customer Engagement Initiatives: Work closely with marketing leadership to support the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of a customer engagement and rewards program designed to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Assist with Program Strategy & Execution: Contribute to crafting program structures, reward tiers, communication plans, and engagement touchpoints that align with brand goals and customer needs
Coordinate Cross-Functional Input: Partner with sales, customer service, and operations teams to gather insights, refine program features, and ensure seamless implementation
Monitor Performance & Identify Improvements: Track program participation, analyze customer response, and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and ROI
Support Campaigns & Communications: Help create email, social, and in-platform messaging to promote program awareness and engagement
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or a related field
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
Proficiency with key marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics, Google Workspace, social scheduling tools)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Comfort working on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience supporting loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs
Basic design capabilities (light graphic editing, resizing assets, template updates)
Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or vendor‑led marketing initiatives
Understanding of paid social or digital ad concepts (not required to manage campaigns)
Experience in real estate, lending, finance, or another regulated industry
