Responsibilities
Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with established reporting schedules
Research, analyze, and summarize financial activity to support business decision-making
Review and interpret general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and completeness
Partner with internal teams, including Finance and Asset Management, to resolve discrepancies and recommend process improvements
Assist with year-end audits and provide required documentation to external auditors
Support special accounting projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
Maintain strong personal and professional integrity while adhering to internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2–3 years of professional accounting experience
Preferred
Experience in a real estate or asset-based environment strongly preferred
CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
